At Hanna Race & Design (HRD), we take pride in delivering high-quality off-road performance parts and equipment. Whether you're ordering an in-stock accessory or a custom-built suspension system, our goal is to make the shipping process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Order Processing & Availability

Processing times vary depending on product availability, order specifications, and manufacturing requirements.

  • In-Stock Products: Orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible, subject to availability and order verification.

  • Made-to-Order Products: Certain HRD products are manufactured or assembled specifically for your order. Production times vary by product.

  • Pre-Order & Backordered Products: Estimated availability and fulfillment dates depend on manufacturing schedules and supplier availability.

Any lead time displayed on a product page refers to the estimated time before the product ships, not the date it will arrive.

Please contact our team before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on the product's size, weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

For standard-sized products, available shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

Oversized, freight, and specialty products may require a separate shipping quote. These charges may not be included in the initial product price or checkout total.

If additional freight charges are required, our team will contact you with the applicable cost for approval before arranging shipment.

Shipping charges are based on applicable carrier rates and may vary by destination.

Freight & Oversized Products

Large components, including bumpers, suspension systems, bed racks, and other fabricated parts, may require palletized or freight delivery.

Freight shipments may involve additional handling requirements or delivery appointments.

Please note:

  • Freight pricing is based on shipment size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.

  • Residential delivery, liftgate service, or special handling may incur additional charges.

  • Some shipping charges are finalized when the order is ready for dispatch.

  • Freight delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Information

Many HRD components are manufactured, fabricated, or assembled to order.

Production lead times vary by item and are estimates rather than guaranteed shipment dates.

Custom configurations, material availability, supplier delays, and production demand may affect estimated timelines.

For pre-order products, please contact HRD to confirm current availability, estimated lead times, and applicable freight charges before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the selected carrier, shipping method, and destination.

Production or processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery schedules.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after shipment.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be arranged for eligible products at our Santa Ana, California facility.

Shipping Damage & Delivery Issues

We take care in preparing products for shipment.

Upon delivery, please inspect all packages and freight shipments for visible damage.

If an item arrives damaged, retain the original packaging, photograph the damage, and contact our team as soon as possible.

For freight deliveries, please note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

Our team will assist with reviewing shipping-related issues and coordinating the appropriate next steps.

Address Changes & Order Updates

Please verify your shipping address and contact information before completing your order.

If you need to update your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. Additional carrier fees may apply if a shipment requires rerouting.
