Welcome to Hanna Race & Design ("HRD," "we," "us," or "our").

Hanna Race & Design operates hannarace.com and provides off-road performance parts, custom fabrication, vehicle upgrades, installation services, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing products, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS & VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

Hanna Race & Design specializes in off-road performance products, aftermarket components, fabricated parts, and vehicle modifications.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, availability, and images.

However, product appearances, finishes, colors, and specifications may vary.

Vehicle Fitment & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying that selected products are appropriate for their vehicle, model year, configuration, and intended application.

Some components may require additional modifications, professional installation, or supporting hardware.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact HRD before purchasing.

We reserve the right to correct inaccurate product descriptions, specifications, or pricing information.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products or services.

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment verification, and applicable fulfillment requirements.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, or inability to fulfill the order.

If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

SECTION 4 — CUSTOM ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain HRD products are fabricated, manufactured, assembled, or specially sourced after an order is placed.

These products may include:

Custom suspension components
Fabricated bumpers and mounting systems
Bed racks and structural components
Vehicle-specific performance upgrades
Special-order and custom-configured parts
Other made-to-order equipment

Production and fulfillment timelines vary based on manufacturing requirements, material availability, workload, and supplier schedules.

All production lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Once production or special-order procurement has begun, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

Custom and made-to-order products are generally final sale, except where HRD management expressly authorizes an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.

SECTION 5 — PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, freight fees, and other disclosed charges may be added during checkout or otherwise communicated for customer approval when required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

If a pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer to offer the corrected price or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and fulfillment times vary by product, availability, manufacturing requirements, and destination.

In-stock items and made-to-order products may have different processing times.

Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some oversized products require freight transportation or specialized handling.

Additional freight costs may apply and will be communicated when required.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect shipment timing.

Delivery responsibilities and risk of loss are subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable shipment.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All sales are considered final unless a return or exchange is specifically authorized by HRD management or required by applicable law.

Hanna Race & Design does not provide automatic returns or exchanges.

Discretionary return requests must be submitted to HRD management for review.

For consideration, customers should submit requests within 30 days of receiving their order.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Custom-fabricated, made-to-order, installed, modified, and special-order products are generally not eligible for discretionary returns.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits legally required remedies for defective, damaged, misrepresented, or otherwise nonconforming products.

SECTION 8 — PREORDERS & BACKORDERS

Certain products may be offered for preorder or backorder.

Availability estimates are based on information available when the order is placed and may change.

Preorder payment does not guarantee a particular shipping date unless expressly stated.

Manufacturing delays, supplier shortages, and other circumstances may affect delivery schedules.

Customers should contact HRD for current availability and estimated lead times before purchasing time-sensitive products.

Any legally required notice, consent, cancellation, or refund rights relating to delayed shipments will be honored.

SECTION 9 — AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS, MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMER & VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS

Independent Aftermarket Company — No Manufacturer Endorsement

Hanna Race & Design (HRD) is an independent aftermarket automotive performance company specializing in off-road vehicle modifications, custom fabrication, suspension systems, performance components, and installation services.

Hanna Race & Design is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially associated with Ford Motor Company or any other vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise.

References to vehicle manufacturers, brands, and models, including but not limited to Ford, F-150, Raptor, Bronco, Chevrolet, Silverado, GMC, Sierra, RAM, TRX, Toyota, Tacoma, Tundra, Jeep, Nissan, and other vehicle names, are used solely for vehicle identification, product compatibility, fitment, and informational purposes.

All vehicle manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, model names, and related intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.

The use of these names does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, certification, authorization, endorsement, or approval by the respective manufacturers.

Off-Road & Competition Use

Certain products sold, manufactured, or installed by Hanna Race & Design are designed for off-road, racing, recreational, or competition applications.

Unless specifically identified as compliant with applicable highway-use requirements, customers should not assume that an aftermarket performance component is legal for public-road use.

Installation or use of certain aftermarket components may affect compliance with applicable federal, state, and local vehicle equipment, emissions, noise, safety, and highway-use regulations.

Customers are responsible for verifying the applicable legal requirements and vehicle compatibility before purchasing, installing, or operating aftermarket components.

Some products may require professional installation, additional modifications, or supporting equipment.

Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer

Installation of aftermarket parts or modifications does not automatically void a vehicle's entire manufacturer warranty.

However, a vehicle manufacturer may deny warranty coverage for specific repairs or damage when an aftermarket component or modification caused the condition at issue, consistent with applicable law.

Hanna Race & Design does not guarantee that the installation or use of any aftermarket component will preserve all original manufacturer warranty coverage.

Customers should review their vehicle manufacturer's warranty terms and applicable consumer warranty protections before modifying their vehicles.

Vehicle Performance & Installation

Aftermarket suspension systems, performance components, fabricated parts, and other vehicle modifications may change a vehicle's factory operating characteristics, including handling, steering, braking, suspension geometry, ride height, stability, and load capacity.

Improper installation, maintenance, or operation may result in vehicle damage, equipment failure, personal injury, or other hazards.

Hanna Race & Design recommends professional installation where appropriate and requires customers to follow all applicable product instructions, safety warnings, maintenance requirements, and manufacturer specifications.

Customers are responsible for operating their vehicles safely and complying with applicable laws.

Limitation of Disclaimer

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any express warranty, legally required consumer protection, product liability obligation, or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 10 — WARRANTIES

Products may be covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Warranty coverage, eligibility, limitations, and claim procedures vary by product and manufacturer.

Any express HRD product or installation warranty will be governed by its applicable written terms.

Except for applicable express warranties and rights that cannot legally be excluded, we disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and damage resulting from improper operation may not be covered under applicable limited warranties.

SECTION 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including logos, branding, images, product information, graphics, text, videos, and website design elements, is owned by or licensed to Hanna Race & Design or its respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

The HRD name and associated branding may not be used without authorization.

SECTION 13 — SHOPIFY'S ROLE

Hanna Race & Design is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Hanna Race & Design.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Hanna Race & Design, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Hanna Race & Design, to the extent permitted by law.
