The HRD Mini Travel Lower Control Arm system is designed to increase bypass-shock capability while retaining factory suspension travel on Gen 1, Gen 2 and Gen 3 Ford Raptors.

Key details
- Fabricated 4130 lower control arms, powder-coated black
- Pre-installed 1-inch Pro Bearing uniballs and generation-specific OEM Motorcraft outer ball joints
- Supports dual limit straps and a 3.5-inch three-tube bypass-shock setup
- Kit includes four limit straps, chromoly frame plates, tube-style bypass towers, front/rear pivot lockouts and caps, and required hardware
Ordering & installation
- Zero-offset or negative-offset wheels may be required for bypass clearance at full steering lock.
- Fabrication experience is required for upper bypass mounting and final alignment.
- Estimated lead time when components are unavailable: 4–6 weeks. Confirm current production timing before ordering.
- Freight charges are arranged separately based on delivery location. Contact HRD to verify final configuration.
