Ford Raptor Wheel & Tire Fitment Guide | HRD
Get the fitment right before ordering
Wheel size and tire fitment influence suspension travel, steering clearance, brake fitment and off-road performance. Hanna Race & Design can help with Method Race Wheels, Raceline Wheels and the other components needed for a compatible build. This guide is a starting checklist, not a substitute for a vehicle-specific measurement.
Information to have ready
- Truck: Ford Raptor generation, model year and trim or factory wheel/tire package.
- Wheels: diameter, width, bolt pattern, offset and load rating.
- Tires: exact manufacturer, model and overall size, plus intended tire-pressure and driving conditions.
- Suspension: factory shocks or aftermarket coilovers, bypass shocks, control arms, steering and any clearance modifications.
- Brakes: existing calipers and rotor diameter, especially if planning a Wilwood brake upgrade.
Why wheel offset matters
Wheels with different offsets move the tire relative to steering and suspension parts. HRD's Mini Travel setup, for example, specifically discusses wheel-offset needs when a large external bypass is added. Never assume a wheel fits solely because its bolt pattern matches.
37-inch and larger tires
Larger tires can affect travel, body clearance, gearing, braking and component life. Avoid assuming that a factory 35- or 37-package truck has the same hardware in every generation. Confirm clearance at full steering lock and during suspension compression.
Explore wheel brands
View HRD's dealer brands for Method Race Wheels and Raceline Wheels. These brands may be available by inquiry even where a particular wheel isn't listed as a purchasable Shopify product.
Ask HRD about wheel and tire fitment or request an installation consultation. Include the wheel part number and all available dimensions if you already have a specific setup in mind.
