Prepare for Your HRD Installation | Santa Ana
Before your installation appointment
Hanna Race & Design offers Ford Raptor off-road performance work at the shop in Santa Ana, California. This checklist helps you collect the information needed for an accurate installation discussion and avoid surprises when planning custom fabrication or suspension work.
1. Tell us exactly which truck you have
Provide the year, generation, tire and wheel setup, installed suspension and steering modifications, and any known vehicle issues. Photos of the existing setup can help when discussing complicated hardware.
2. List parts and your goal
Tell the shop the product names, manufacturer part numbers and options you have in mind. Describe whether the goal is trail use, high-speed desert driving, daily-drive improvements, bumper clearance or an entirely custom project. HRD can discuss whether any supporting components are needed.
3. Confirm the final scope
Ask about included parts, assembly, welding or cutting, alignment requirements and any separately billed shop time. Additional components such as shocks, bump stops and accessories may be separately priced. An inquiry form is not a booked appointment.
4. Verify timing and freight
Made-to-order and oversized fabricated components may have longer lead times or separately arranged freight. Read the shipping and lead-time guide and confirm parts are available before scheduling your vehicle drop-off.
