After replacing countless bent and damaged "bolt-on" bump stop kits we decided to design a "weld-on" solution. The kit is laser cut and CNC bent 3/16" steel brackets that weld directily to the frame, connected by a 1-3/4" .120 wall frame support tube that spans between the frame rails and captures the tops the bump stop brackets. Our kit utilizes King or Fox 2.5"X2.5" bump stops.
